SongScore

DEFINITION

The overall 0–100 track readiness score measuring a track's commercial potential across all streaming platforms.

SongScore is both the name of the platform and the name of the overall composite score it generates for any analysed track. The SongScore (0–100) is a weighted combination of platform fit scores, production quality, vocal clarity, emotional impact, and algorithmic compatibility signals.

A SongScore above 70 indicates strong commercial release readiness. A score above 80 is exceptional and suggests the track is well-positioned for editorial playlist pitching and strong algorithmic performance. A score below 50 indicates that specific improvements — in production, structure, or platform fit — will meaningfully change the track's commercial outcome if addressed before release.

The SongScore is not a measure of artistic quality. A highly experimental track may score 30 and still be a significant artistic work. The score measures fitness for mainstream streaming platform success specifically.
