SongScore ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates the SongScore platform and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and payment information if you subscribe to a paid plan.
You provide audio files (tracks) for analysis. We store these files on our servers along with associated metadata (artist name, track title, genre, BPM, etc.) to perform analysis and provide the Service.
We generate and store analysis results, scores, reports, and recommendations based on your audio files. This data is associated with your account and is yours to access and export.
We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including pages visited, time spent, clicks, searches, and features used. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
We collect information about your device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs for analytics and security purposes.

After 30 days, we will delete audio files but may retain analysis data and aggregated insights indefinitely for analytical and research purposes.

Correction: You can update or correct your account information directly.
Deletion: You can delete your account and request deletion of your audio files. Aggregated data may be retained.
Opt-out: You can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data in transit. Audio files and sensitive information are encrypted at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies to track your activity and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may impact functionality. We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our Service.
Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
